Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned, unless they arrive defective or we made an error.

Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
How to Request a Return

Contact Us: Email us at support@liveawesom.com or use the Return Request Form on our website.

Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.

Approval Process: If your return is approved, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Ship It Back: Use the shipping label we provide, or ship it with your preferred carrier. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to complete the process.

Partial refunds may apply for returned items that are used, damaged, or missing original tags—this is at our discretion.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange an item for a different size or color of the same style—subject to availability.

Follow the same steps as for a return and include the new size/color you’d like.

Customers cover return shipping for exchanges.

If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:

Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@liveawesom.com.

Include photos of the issue.

Upon review, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale items
Late or Missing Refunds
Haven’t received your refund after 10 business days?

Check with your bank or credit card provider first—they may still be processing.

International Orders
Returns for international orders follow the same guidelines. However:

Customers cover return shipping and any customs fees.

Original international shipping fees are non-refundable.
